My name is Julia Denne. I am a teacher of Russian literature, history, art, and language in the Chicago area. I teach classes for teenagers and adults.

I studied linguistics and literature at St. Petersburg University in Russia. From 2005-2020, I started and ran Life Readers Classics Study Group at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library for people interested in serious, longer works. I have been teaching seminars at the Newberry library in Chicago since 2007.
